A Servant’s Heart

Governor Nathan Deal and First Lady Sandra Deal launched With a Servant’s Heart in 2011 as a way to give back to the communities and state they love. That’s because they’ve never viewed serving others as an option – for them, it’s a cornerstone of their faith and a deeply personal duty.

That’s why the Governor and First Lady encourage all to join them in this statewide day of service – to continue awakening a true movement of selfless servanthood in Georgia.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in various forms. 1 Peter 4:10
